信息時(shí)代給知識(shí)生產(chǎn)模式帶來了一系列的變化,信息通信技術(shù)為科研工作者提供了迅速獲得學(xué)術(shù)資源的數(shù)據(jù)庫和搜索平臺(tái),研究資料的獲取、知識(shí)的發(fā)現(xiàn)與發(fā)表都變得高效快捷。基于此背景,英國于20世紀(jì)末率先提出E-SCIENCE的概念,E-SCIENCE范式是指大科學(xué)發(fā)展背景下日益增加的分布式全球科研協(xié)作模式,這種科研范式的典型特征是科學(xué)家能進(jìn)入大規(guī)模大容量的數(shù)據(jù)庫、數(shù)字資源網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及高性能的可視化研究平臺(tái)開展科學(xué)研究。本專著通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外大量科研信息化項(xiàng)目的案例分析,并結(jié)合對(duì)新型科研范式實(shí)踐者的訪談,系統(tǒng)梳理了E-SCIENCE科研范式下科研組織的新形態(tài),設(shè)計(jì)形成社會(huì)資本理論視角下基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同科研組織的構(gòu)建與運(yùn)行模型,詳細(xì)論述了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的協(xié)同科研組織的構(gòu)建模式、運(yùn)行管理機(jī)制及技術(shù)支持策略。通過對(duì)比國內(nèi)外科研信息化案例,闡明了我國開展新型科研范式實(shí)踐所面臨的困境及對(duì)策。
