Unit 1　共同海損General Average

共同海損（General Average），縮寫為G.A.，是指為了使船舶或船上貨物避免共同危險，而有意地、合理地做出的特殊犧牲或支付的特殊費用。共同海損損失應由船、貨（包括不同的貨主）各方共同負擔。所采取的共同海損措施稱為共同海損行為。共同海損貨物分攤額，以“Cargo's Proportion of General Average”表示。

共同海損理算，適用下列規則，凡與這些規則相抵觸的法律和慣例都不適用。

The contributory value in general average by the ship，goods and freight shall be determined as follows.

船舶、貨物和運費的共同海損分攤價值，分別依照下列規定確定。

No jettison of cargo shall be made good as general average，unless such cargo is carried in accordance with the recognized custom of the trade.

被拋棄的貨物，除非按照公認的海運習慣運送，不得作為共同海損受到補償。
