Unit 3　外貿一般流程General Process of Foreign Trade

出口貨物流程主要包括：報價、訂貨、付款方式、備貨、包裝、通關手續、裝船、運輸保險、提單和結匯。

1.外貿流程中的報價（offer）環節由產品的詢價（inquiry）、報價（offer）和還價（counteroffer）組成。該環節一般涉及價格（price）、折扣（discount）、傭金（commission）、質量（quality）、數量（quantity）、規格（specification）、包裝（package）和交貨期（duedate）等內容。

【詢價郵件示例】

Please quote us your best price CIF New York，inclusive of our 3％commission.

請報你方最優惠的紐約到岸價，包括我方3％傭金。

【報價郵件示例】

Forge firm May 14 here USD 5，600/unit CIF Sydney.

現提供穩固報價，到悉尼CIF價每部5 600美元，但以5月14日前回復作為實施該價格的條件。

【還價郵件示例】

Good quality always deserves good price.You'd better consider its production efficiency as well as the price.

2.訂貨（order）主要是對價格達成一致后，就其他相關事項進行協商確認，然后簽訂銷售合同的過程。

【訂貨郵件示例】

Please confirm the order and E-mail a shipping schedule.

請確認訂貨，用電子郵件告知裝運時間表。

3.付款方式（payment methods）常見的有三種，信用證（L/C）、電匯（T/T）和直接付款方式（西聯匯款和paypal等）。

【催款郵件示例】

We'll make the shipment as soon as your L/C is on hand.

一收到你方信用證，我們立即安排裝運。

4.備貨（production）是整個貿易流程中最重要的部分。除了貨物的品質和數量，生產進度也要關注。如有延誤，要通知客戶，請求諒解。

【通知交期推遲郵件示例】

We are sorry to inform you that we are not able to finish the No.×××until Aug 20th.

很抱歉通知你方，我方在8月20日之前不能完成×××號訂單。

5.包裝（package）包括商品的包裝和運輸時采取的包裝，不同商品的包裝要求不同，通常有紙箱（carton）、木箱（wooden case）和編織袋（woven bag）形式。

【協商包裝郵件示例】

We can use wooden cases for packing if you insist.

如果你方堅持，我們可以使用木箱包裝。

6.通關手續（customs clearance formalities）也稱為報關手續，包括報檢和報關，對于前者，目前絕大多數商品都不再需要，而對于報關，絕大多數商品需要申報并提供相應單據。

7.裝船（shipment）的方式通常由買家決定，在裝船后，賣家要及時通知買方裝船信息。

Please be informed that the shipment of the cargo was sent yesterday，airway bill No.×××.

特此通知這批貨物昨天已裝運，航空貨物的領取號碼是×××。

8.運輸保險（transportation insurance）包括基本險（basic risks）和特別險（special risks）。具體投保內容要由買賣雙方協商決定。

【協商保險郵件示例】

The compensation of damaged goods is covered in the insurance of risk of breakage.If you claim，the affixation insurance will be added.

貨物破損的賠償屬于破損險的責任范圍，如果貴方要求的話，可以加保這項附加險。

9.提單（B/L）是出口商辦理完出口通關手續且海關放行后，由外運公司簽出、供進口商提貨的結匯所用單據。

【寄送提單郵件示例】

Enclose that we hand you a certified invoice in triplicate amount to￡100.55.and insurance policy.

同函奉寄面額為100.55英鎊的正式發票一式三份及保險單。

10.結匯（settle the exchange）是外貿公司按照信用證規定，向銀行提交相關單據，從而獲得款項的手續。
