Unit 1　共同海損General Average

共同海損（General Average），縮寫為G.A.，是指為了使船舶或船上貨物避免共同危險，而有意地、合理地做出的特殊犧牲或支付的特殊費用。共同海損損失應(yīng)由船、貨（包括不同的貨主）各方共同負(fù)擔(dān)。所采取的共同海損措施稱為共同海損行為。共同海損貨物分?jǐn)傤~，以“Cargo's Proportion of General Average”表示。
