3.2　Material Mobilization

3.2.1　For material mobilization，the material plan shall be prepared in advance，and the material mobilization shall be organized according to the project scheduling.

3.2.2　The material shall be inspected and meet the following requirements prior to mobilization:

1　The ex-factory quality qualification documents of raw materials and standard elements shall be inspected，and their types，specifications and performance shall conform to the requirements of the design technical document or related current national product standards.

2　The quality of actual raw materials and standard elements shall be subject to random check of 1%of the materials（not less than 5 pieces）shall be checked per batch and type.In case re-inspection is specified in the design technical document or related current national standards，the re-inspection shall be performed as specified.

3　The unqualified raw materials and standard elements shall be timely removed from the site.

3.2.3　Upon mobilization，the raw materials and standard elements shall be free of defect，properly kept，and stored by category.
