在展會結束后，外貿業務員也要繼續跟進客戶。在郵件中，要提示對方相關信息，喚起對方記憶。然后附上豐富的資料，引起對方興趣。

常用詞匯　Vocabulary

1.stall　n.小隔間；貨攤

【雙語例句】

The opening of a market stall is governed by municipal fiat.

市場攤位的開設受市政法令管制。

【用法解析】

“stall”化作動詞是“拖延”，如“Quit stalling！（不要拖延時間）”。在展銷會上的攤位也可稱為“booth”。

2.pity　n.憐憫；同情；遺憾；可惜　v.同情；憐憫

【雙語例句】

It's a pity that I have to get back to the grindstone.

遺憾的是我不得不回去工作。

【用法解析】

“pity”作“可惜的事，令人遺憾的事”解時，為可數名詞，但往往只用于單數形式，常用于“It is/was a pity…”結構，有時還可以把“it is”省去，直接用“pity”作為句子的開頭。

3.for your reference　供你（你們）參考

【雙語例句】

I am enclosing my resume for your reference.

謹附上履歷表一份，以做參考。

【用法解析】

在郵件中，除了“for your reference”，常用的表達“供參考”的短語還有“for your information”，常縮寫為“FYI”，放在郵件正文末尾。
