蒼茫的蒙古草原，萬馬奔騰的撼人場面，恰似驚濤駭浪，而套馬手猶如巨浪中的蛟龍，左突右闖，動人心魄的激越美感迸發而出。作品以潑墨大寫意的技法，塑造蒙古套馬手騎乘駿馬、馳騁縱橫的颯爽英姿，造型剛健、雄強、渾樸，追求神似，以此贊頌蒙古民族的勇猛和剽悍。

The startling spectacle of ten thousand steeds galloping on the vast Mongolian grassland certainly sounds awe-inspiring to most, yet here the horse wrangler appears like a dragon among gigantic waves, rushing left and right. An intense and breath-taking aesthetic appeal blurts out of this painting. The artist uses his freehand ink-splashing technique to depict the heroic valiance of the Mongolian character riding his steed and dashing around. He appears vigorous, powerful, simple and honest. The artist aims at a certain likeness in his work, so as to eulogize the boldness, agility and bravery of the Mongolian people.
