Foreword

This code is prepared by China Guohua Energy Investment Co.，Ltd in consultation with associated activities in accordance with the requirements of Document JB〔2010〕No.43 issued by the Ministry of Construction（MOC）-"Notice on Printing the Development and Revision Plan of National Engineering Construction Standards in 2010".

In preparing this standard，the drafting workgroup made extensive surveys and analysis，held several subject-focused seminars and drew on practices in the field of acceptance of photovoltaic power projects in recent years in China，and then on this basis took nationwide inputs from interested parties by multiple means of communication，and organized discussions and study on major issues，and finalized the present version after submitting for review and approval.

This specification comprises of seven chapters and six appendices，covers technically general provisions，terms，basic requirements，acceptance of Unit Project，acceptance for Project start-up，acceptance for commissioning and transfer to production，and final acceptance.

This specification is under jurisdiction of The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China is maintained by China Electricity Council and interpreted technically by China Guohua Energy Investment Co.，Ltd.Interested parties are kindly requested to mail recommendations concerning the contents herein to Guohua Energy Investment Co.，Ltd.（Address:Guohua Investment Building，No.3 South Road of Dongzhimen，Dongcheng District，Beijing，P.R.C.，Postcode:100007），to further improve the quality of this specification.
