Time for action - adjusting the starting frame
Before we get started with animating we need to adjust the starting frame to where the action we want to film will take place. This will help us in maintaining timeline discipline by not allowing us to start any action or prop movement before the specified start frame. We can use the Range feature of the Video Export panel to accomplish this:

What just happened?
We moved the start frame to a frame that is after the grill lid is open and the male character is holding his beer.
This will keep us in the proper area of interest within the video to start animating. You will notice that the time scrubber has moved forward in the timeline, as has the start video marker below it.
This will place us at a moment on the timeline when the grill is open, and the man has the beer in his hand and is turned toward the rail while the woman is looking at him. It doesn't matter if you are not at exactly frame 320 on your project as long as you have the same conditions when the start frame is set.
