This chapter will create a scene in a picturesque environment including grass, trees, flowers, flowing water, lighting, and a beautiful sky. You will be amazed at how fast you can create and light a scene in iClone.
Exploring your virtual studio
If you have never worked in a 3D workspace, you might be surprised at your results when trying to line up props or plant trees. The 3D workspace is 360 degrees in all directions You can view any object from any angle at any point within the workspace. Props, such as utility poles, may appear to be lined up in one axis or view, but may very well be out-of-line or completely off course when looked at from a different camera view or axis.
This just takes a little practice and getting used to the way the 3D workspace operates.
