Requirement Envisioning

An objective of this phase is to identify the primary scenario for the HoloLens App development. The customer’s team and the designer meet during this phase and brainstorm ideas related to the customer’s requirements, and where HoloLens can play a role. Discussions start from ideas about new possibilities with MR. It could be around remote assistance, virtual collaboration, or people-centric applications, but in the end, the target application should make the customer’s team more productive.

This brainstorming can take up to a few days, as each idea is scrutinized from the angle of possibility, feasibility, and productivity. The final output of this activity is a single priority idea, which will be taken up by the team for further development.
