Process accessibility

In order for ITAM to function effectively, it is crucial that all users follow established processes. To ensure compliance, these processes must be published and reviewed/updated at a minimum of once a year for the entire IT asset management lifecycle. Self-service solutions enable all employees to become familiar with the processes from their equipment. Staff members with clearly defined roles and responsibilities within these processes must sign off delineating their responsibilities when they take delivery of a new asset.
