3　Material Inspection and Storage

3.1　General Requirements

3.1.1　The material shall be inspected when delivered to the construction site.The variety,specification,performance of materials shall meet the national product standards and design requirements.The quality of imported materials shall meet the design requirements and contract stipulations.

3.1.2　When there are low temperature impact toughness requirements for materials in the design document,the low temperature impact toughness value in the product's quality proof document shall meet the requirements of the design document.

3.1.3　The materials shall not be used if one of the following conditions exists:

1　The characteristic data of quality proof document disaccord with that of the product standard or technical conditions for procurement.

2　There is disagreement on the characteristic data of the quality proof document.

3　The material object mark does not conform with that in the quality proof document.

4　The materials with reinspection requirements undergo no reinspection or fail in the reinspection.

3.1.4　The place for storing materials shall be smooth without accumulated water and the road shall be unblocked.The mark of materials shall be clear and accurate and the underlying shall be reasonable.The parts packed in boxes and the standard fasteners used for connection should be stored indoors.
