4　Surveying and ROW Clearance

4.1　General Provision

4.1.1　Prior to construction，stake handover work shall be conducted.The contents of stake handover work shall include line control stake，temporary and permanent bench mark provided along the line.Stake handover record shall be signed for approval by representative of each party.

4.1.2　Obstructions shall be located accurately before surveying.Corresponding measures shall be taken to avoid obstructions during construction.

4.1.3　Survey personnel shall position the pipeline centerline and right-of-way limits.Each coordinate of pile shall be rechecked.

4.1.4　Construction contractor check and supervision unit repetition survey method shall be used for construction survey.

4.1.5　The allowable deviation of construction survey shall be compliance with Current national standard requirements of-“Code for Engineering Surveying”GB 50026.

4.1.6　After completion of pipeline erection，as-built survey shall be conducted.The actual survey value shall be indicated on original design drawings.The pipeline as-built drawing and single line diagram shall be drawn up.

4.1.7　After backfilling of pipe trench，the coordination controlling pile，and turning pile shall be recovered to original position.
