Foreword

According to the requirements of JBH［2006］No.136 issued by former Ministry of Construction"Notice on Printing the Development and Revision Plan of National Engineering Construction Standards in 2006（second batch）"，this Code is hereby established by China First Metallurgical Group Co.，Ltd.jointly with related companies.

During establishment of the Code，the preparation group has studied related current national laws，regulations and standards；made extensive and in-depth investigation；concluded many years'experience in the installation of hydraulic，lubrication and pneumatic system with regards to metallurgical mechanical equipment；widely sought the advice from related companies and experts；repeatedly discussed，revised and enhanced the provisions of the Code；and finalized this text upon review.

The Code consists of nine chapters with the main contents as follows:general provisions；basic requirements；equipment and material mobilization；equipment installation；pipe fabrication and installation；pipe flushing，purging and pressure test；commissioning and test run；pipe painting，and safety and environmental protection.
