1.5 研究特色

本研究特色主要體現在以下4個方面:

(1)從行為視角出發,探究食品供應鏈風險形成的微觀機理及風險防控機制,為食品供應鏈風險管理問題的研究提供了新的視角。

(2)將信息不對稱理論、行為科學理論、行為經濟學理論、政府規制理論、風險管理理論等同時應用于食品供應鏈風險管理研究是以往尚未實現的。

(3)厘清食品供應鏈企業及其員工風險行為影響因素與相互關系,以及這些風險行為與食品供應鏈風險之間的關系,并構建這些關系模型。

(4)以行為激勵和約束為主線構建食品供應鏈風險防控機制,增強了防控食品供應鏈風險的針對性。
