前言

組織學(xué)是研究人體組織結(jié)構(gòu)及這些組織如何組成各個(gè)器官的一門(mén)課程，其中組織切片的實(shí)習(xí)在課程中占據(jù)舉足輕重的地位。在過(guò)去幾十年的組織學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)中，針對(duì)中文不同專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生和留學(xué)生，我們編寫(xiě)了一系列的中文及英文實(shí)驗(yàn)課輔助資料，包括實(shí)習(xí)指導(dǎo)、圖譜等。這本綜合了實(shí)習(xí)指導(dǎo)和組織學(xué)圖譜的雙語(yǔ)實(shí)驗(yàn)課輔助教材，雖然是第一次正式出版，其實(shí)是對(duì)我們以往相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)課教學(xué)輔助材料的一個(gè)歸納、總結(jié)和更新。

本輔助教材的內(nèi)容包括了四大基本組織和各器官系統(tǒng)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)，及如何在顯微鏡下對(duì)其進(jìn)行判定，適用于臨床醫(yī)學(xué)、預(yù)防、法醫(yī)、口腔、護(hù)理、藥學(xué)等各專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生的組織學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)。需要注意的是該教材的中英文部分由于中、英文教學(xué)的學(xué)時(shí)不同，側(cè)重點(diǎn)稍異，且由不同教師編寫(xiě)，故內(nèi)容不完全對(duì)應(yīng)。另外，本教材中的切片編號(hào)源自華中科技大學(xué)同濟(jì)醫(yī)學(xué)院組織胚胎學(xué)教研室編制的切片號(hào)。

在本書(shū)的編寫(xiě)過(guò)程中，首先感謝歷年來(lái)我們教過(guò)的學(xué)生，是他們使我們?cè)趯?shí)驗(yàn)課教材、教學(xué)方法上不斷修正，教學(xué)相長(zhǎng)。感謝本教研室的前輩們對(duì)早期相關(guān)資料的撰寫(xiě)及對(duì)本書(shū)的指導(dǎo)和建議。感謝本校外語(yǔ)教研室資深教授洪班信老師對(duì)本書(shū)英文部分的審閱、修正。

我們希望這本輔助教材能使組織學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)變得輕松。編寫(xiě)中的疏漏之處，敬請(qǐng)批評(píng)指正。

Preface

Histology is the study of the tissues of the body and how these tissues are arranged to constitute organs. The lab practice is essential for this course. Through the past few decades of Histology teaching, we have developed a series of practical guides and histologic microphoto gallery for both Chinese and foreign students. This bilingual manual for lab practice, which combines practical guide and mcirophotoes，though for the first publication, is based on the previous teaching materials.

This lab manual is designed to aid medical students in identifying the various components of each tissue and organ correctly and quickly. It applies to the students majoring in clinical medicine, preventive medicine, forensic medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, etc. Note：the English part and Chinese part of this book are not always comparable，due to being illustrated from different aspects and being written by different teachers. In addition，the serial number of slices in this manual was originated from the histological slices prepared by the department of Histology and Embryology，Tongji Medical College，Huazhong University of Science and Technology.

For the present manual, we wish to thank the students we have taught，who have helped us in devising our teaching materials and improving our teaching methods. Especially, we would like to give our thanks to our predecessors who produced the original materials and have given us the benefit of their expertise in reading the drafts of this text and suggesting ways we might improve it. Also we are grateful to Mr. Hong, the professor in the English Department of our University for serving as consultant for the English part.

We hope this book will be useful in the students’learning as a genuine laboratory manual and will make the students’lab practice going on smoothly and effectively. Feedback is always welcome.
