共建共治共享背景下鄂州社區治理創新探析

——基于整體性治理理論

摘要：依據黨的十九大就“加強和創新社會治理”作出的重大戰略部署和鄂州社區治理的總體要求，從整體性治理視角審視了鄂州社區治理的現狀，將“碎片化”視為其中的典型問題，在借鑒國內城市社區治理典型經驗的基礎上，提出要以“黨建引領、一核多元”為綱領，全面推進鄂州社區治理創新，進而實現共建共治共享的社會治理格局。

Abstract：Following the important strategy about developing new forms of social governance put forward at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and responding the general requirements of social governance in Ezhou，this paper evaluated the Ezhou social governance situation with holistic governance theoretical perspective and found that governance fragmentation was the core problem.Drawing on experience，this paper proposed party basic-level organization construction improvement and the pluralism governance as directive guidelines to comprehensively promoted Ezhou social governance innovations，and then optimized the co-construction，co-governance and sharing social governance pattern.
