【摘要】《中華人民共和國中醫藥法》（簡稱《中醫藥法》）為中醫藥傳承創新發展提供了堅實的法律基礎和法律保障。中醫藥法治工作著力推進中醫藥法的貫徹落實，完善中醫藥法治體系建設，提升法治能力和法治水平。近年來中醫藥法治建設成就主要體現在以下幾個方面：一是《中醫藥法》實施形成良好機制；二是醫師法、藥品管理法等相關法律的制定、修訂實現與《中醫藥法》的有效銜接；三是中醫藥地方性法規的制定、修訂為《中醫藥法》實施提供有力的支撐；四是《中醫藥法》創新性制度通過配套的規章、規范性法律文件得到有效落實。

Research Report on Legal Construction of Traditional Chinese Medicine

【Abstract】Law of the People's Republic of China on Traditional Chinese Medicine provides a solid legal foundation and legal protection for the inheritance，innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine.Legal work of traditional Chinese medicine focuses on promoting the implementation of the traditional Chinese medicine law，improving the construction of the legal system of traditional Chinese medicine，and enhancing the ability and level of the rule of law.The achievements in the construction of the rule of law in traditional Chinese medicine in recent years are mainly reflected in the following aspects:firstly，the implementation of the traditional Chinese medicine law forms a good mechanism；secondly，the enactment and revision of relevant laws such as Law on Doctors of the People’s Republic of China and Pharmaceutical Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China have achieved an effective connection with the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Traditional Chinese Medicine；third，the enactment and revision of local regulations on traditional Chinese medicine provide strong support for the implementation of the traditional Chinese medicine law；fourth，the innovative system of the traditional Chinese medicine law has been effectively implemented through supporting rules and normative legal documents.

近年來，中醫藥法治工作緊緊圍繞深入推進《中華人民共和國中醫藥法》（以下簡稱《中醫藥法》）貫徹落實，大力推進中醫藥法治體系建設、完善，不斷提升中醫藥行業治理的法治能力和法治水平，為中醫藥事業的健康發展提供了堅實的法治保障。
