高瑞平,研究員,工學博士,國家自然科學基金委員會黨組成員、副主任。兼任中國硅酸鹽學會理事長,中國女科技工作者協會常務副會長。長期從事材料科學研究及科學基金管理工作,主要研究方向包括金屬材料、高性能陶瓷材料、納米材料等,組織開展材料科學發展戰略研究,科學基金評審和管理以及科學基金資源配置和資金管理工作。在PRL、AFM等學術刊物上發表論文五十余篇;獲中國材料研究學會貢獻獎;中國產學研促進會“產學研特別貢獻獎”,享受國務院政府特殊津貼,被授予“中央國家機關優秀女領導干部”“全國五一巾幗標兵”等榮譽稱號。
陳克新,研究員,博士,國家自然科學基金委員會無機非金屬材料學科負責人,長期從事結構材料研究和及科學基金管理工作。在AM、AFM等學術期刊上發表多篇學術論文,應邀參編多篇中英文學術專著。入選國家百千萬人才工程,獲得“有突出貢獻中青年專家”榮譽稱號,享受國務院政府特殊津貼。
