Lesson12 疑問代詞

疑問代詞放在句首和一般疑問句構成特殊疑問句（在本書句法篇會具體學習），常見的疑問代詞主要有下面幾個。

指代物的疑問代詞：what（什么）

指代人的疑問代詞：who/whom（誰），whose（誰的）

既可指代人又可指代物的疑問代詞：which（哪一個）

下面我們來學習這 5 個主要的疑問代詞。

1. what（什么）：對事或物進行提問

☆ What’s your name? 你叫什么名字？

☆ What color is your dress? 你的裙子是什么顏色？

☆ What day is it today? 今天是星期幾？

☆ What happened just now? 剛剛發生了什么事？

☆ What did you have for breakfast? 你早飯吃了什么？

（1）詢問職業：What do you do?

（2）詢問天氣：What’s the weather like?

（3）詢問外貌：What does she look like?

（4）征求意見：What about a cupcake?

2. who/whom（誰）：對人提問

☆ Who is the girl? 那個女孩是誰？

☆ Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?

魔鏡魔鏡告訴我：誰是世界上最美麗的女人?

☆ Whom did you talk about? 你在談論誰？

（“誰”在句中作賓語，所以提問時用 who 的賓格 whom，作 about 的賓語）

☆ To whom did you just speak? 你剛剛跟誰說話？

（“誰”在句中作賓語，所以提問時用 who 的賓格 whom，作 to 的賓語）

3. whose（誰的）：詢問物品的歸屬者

☆ Whose book is this? 這是誰的書？

☆ Whose kite is that? 那是誰的風箏？

who，whom，whose 的區別

（1） who（誰）：用來對人提問，通常作主語。

Who is the boy over there？那邊那個男孩是誰？

（2） whom（誰）：是 who 的賓格形式，作賓語。

Whom is Mary talking about？瑪麗在談論誰？

（3） whose（誰的）：用來對所屬關系進行提問。

Whose book is it？這是誰的書？

4. which（哪個）：對一定范圍內的人或物提問

☆ Which pen do you prefer?

你喜歡哪支鋼筆？

（說話者雙方都知道在某個范圍內的 pen）

☆ Which of the pictures do you like most?

你最喜歡哪張圖片？

（說話者雙方都知道在某個范圍內的 pictures）

☆ Which season do you like best?

你最喜歡哪個季節？

（眾所周知，季節只有四個）

☆ Which of the three toys do you like?

這三個玩具中你喜歡哪個？

（明確說明了范圍是 of the three toys）
