圓潤飽滿的果實、刻花的梅瓶、鏤空的窗欞、挺立的翠竹、嶙峋的假山石，還有靈動翩躚的蝴蝶，無不散發(fā)出濃郁的中國傳統(tǒng)審美意趣。作品介于半工半寫之間，精細(xì)刻畫與隨性皴染互為映襯，用巧妙的動靜對照將畫面的空間之境相連接，規(guī)避單純的客體摹寫，從而賦予花鳥靜物豐富的精神內(nèi)涵，儒雅生動、細(xì)膩溫潤，凝造出一種世外桃源的情境之美。

The rounded and mellow fruits, the engraved plum-blossom vase, the elegant lattice window, the tall and straight green bamboo, the rugged artificial mountain rocks, and the flitting butterflies all emit the touch of profound Chinese traditional aesthetics. The painting is partial fine brushwork and partial freehand brushwork, with the elaborated lines and casual “cunran” technique (a usage of the side of a dry brush filling the outlines and repeatedly tinge colors) setting each other off. The space on the painting is connected by subtle contrast of stillness and movement, thus the simple still depiction is avoided, which gives the still objects like flowers and birds a rich connotation. The painting is refined and vivid, delicate and gentle, presenting a beautiful scene of an idyllic world.
