【英文】Interregional access to justice is one fundamental problem of interregional conflict of Laws.This paper is based on the comparative studies of the system of access to justice in each region.

【譯文】區(qū)際司法救助成為區(qū)際法律沖突的一個根本問題。本文依據(jù)的是對各地區(qū)司法救助制度所做的對比研究。

【解釋】access to justice意為公民在受到侵害時應當?shù)玫剿痉C關給予的各種救助，讓自己得以享受公平救濟，可譯為“司法救濟”或“司法救助”。
