【英文】When a bill has been amended in the second house and passed with the amendment，it is returned by that house to the house of its origin with a message stating the facts and requesting the house where the bill originated to concur in the amendment.

【譯文】法案在參議院修正并以修正案的形式通過時，參議院將法案發回最初提出議案的眾議院，并以書面形式陳述事實，要求眾議院接受（同意）此修正案。

【解釋】concur是正式法律用語，常與with連用，相當于agree、accept，可譯為“同意”、“贊同”、“接受（修正案）”。
