bound by a judgment

【英文】If the third party does not acknowledge service or does not give notice of intention to defend，he is deemed to admit any claim stated in the notice and will be bound by any judgment in the action，including a judgment by consent.

【譯文】如果第三方不認收第三方之訴通知書，也不（向法院）遞交辯護意向書，那就視為承認通知書所訴主張，而且必須服從本訴的任何判決，包括合意判決。
