ad hoc

【英文】The Court of Ecclesiastical Causes Reserved has first instance jurisdiction to try any Church of England Bishop or other clergyman accused of an offence involving a matter of doctrine，ritual or ceremonial.It also has certain appellate functions.An appeal lies to a body known as a Commission of Review which is appointed ad hoc.

【譯文】宗教訴訟專門法院對所有英國教會主教或者其他涉嫌教義、宗教典禮或儀式的神職人員犯罪擁有一審管轄權(quán)，同時也承擔(dān)某些上訴審職能，并專為上訴案件審理設(shè)立了稱為復(fù)核委員會的專門機構(gòu)。
