Zachariah Moreno is a 23-year-old web developer from Sacramento, California, who works for the state government and enjoys contributing to open source projects of the web variety. Zach completed an internship with Google in 2012 and graduated with his BS in web development from the Art Institute of California—Sacramento, in the following year.
