Launching an instance using Redash AMI

After selecting the Redash AMI, you can launch an instance from that image.

After the machine is up and running, find the public IP or the DNS name of the machine in order to log in to the Redash.

After obtaining the IP/DNS, simply enter either of them in your browser, and you should be viewing the Redash Initial Setup page (page seen when logging in to Redash for the very first time):

If for any reason you can't see that page (or you see errors) it means that the installation didn't finish successfully, and you need to refer to server logs for further details.

To obtain the server logs, do the following:

Right click on the instance in the AWS EC2 console, and go to Instance Settings | Get System Log:
