Report to report interface 

Report to report interface allows us to link reports for drill-through reporting in SAP BW, with this you can call a jump target from a BEx query executed in Analysis. You can use the RRI to jump from the executed query (Sender) to another report (Receiver) containing more information. It allows the drilled down from InfoCube to DSO objects for more detailed reporting. You can call targets in BW systems and beyond.

We can use the Report Report Interface (RRI) to call targets that we have defined in your query. To be able to call the targets from executed queries, you must define the targets for the query with the sender/receiver assignment. The sender/receiver assignment is defined in transaction RSBBS in the BW system.

Let's take a look at the steps, which are as follows:

1. Go to the RSBBS transaction code in the BW system: 

1. We need to select the query (this would be Sender) and then click on Create: 

1. On the Target System area, we need to select the target system. We can choose to jump to the same system where we are working or another one:

1. In the Report tab, choose the target query or object and click Apply. We will define the target for the report-to-report jump.

1. Now, when we open our sender query, we will be able to right click and select Goto:
