Creating and configuring Microsoft Store for Business

Microsoft Store for Business provides you with the ability to centrally manage license acquisition, billing, and assignment for apps in your organization. Apps with online licenses also stay up to date and install cleanly, meaning less administrative work throughout the entire life cycle of the app and its usage.

To create and configure Microsoft Store for Business, you'll need to complete a few steps. In the following examples, I'll be using Intune as my selected MDM tool. If you require advanced functionality such as managing images as well, you may have a different third-party MDM tool of choice:

1. Create your private store.
2. Set your MDM solution in Microsoft Store.
3. Configure synchronization in Intune and synchronize apps.
