Printing shipping labels

WooCommerce has a prechecked box for printing shipping labels at home. This requires both Jetpack and WooCommerce Services, which will be installed if they haven't been already.

For new store owners who have never shipped a package before, I recommend turning this off. For the first 5-10 orders, I think it makes more sense to physically drop off packages at the post office where you can see box sizes and packaging and ask questions.

Once the store owner has a handle on things and they know exactly how much things weigh and the box sizes, they need to go ahead and turn on this setting.
