“美好生活”的社會政策意義

【摘要】  長期以來，社會政策偏重經濟領域產出的社會公平問題，對生活領域的社會公平問題不太重視。促進經濟優先發展的價值觀，一直影響著社會政策的理論和實踐。進入新時代，社會政策需要研究生活問題，用新思維和科學的方法再建以滿足人民日益增長的美好生活需要為核心的社會政策價值體系，解決經濟發展與社會滯后這種不平衡發展之間的矛盾。本文提出，需要從生存、生活（生計）、生命的生活過程，從勞動、生活、消費的生活結構中發現生活問題，解決生活問題。開拓不斷滿足人民日益增長的美好生活需要，不斷促進社會公平的社會政策路徑。

Abstract For　a　long　time,　social　policies　have　paid　much　more　attention　to　the　issue　of　social　equity　arose from　the　economic　field　and　paid　less　attention　to　the　issue　of　social　equity existed　in　the　field　of　life. The　values　of　economic　development taking priority　have　long　influenced　the　theory　and　practice　of　social　policy. In　the　new　era,　social　policies　need　to　study　life　issues,　reconstruct　the　value　system　of　social　policies　with　new　thinking　and　scientific　methods　to　meet　the　people's　growing　needs　for　a　better　life,　and　solve　the　imbalance　between　economic　growth　and　social　development.　This　paper　proposes　that　we　should　find　and　solve　the　issues　of　life　from　the　living　process　of　survival,　livelihood　and　life,　from　the　living　structures　of　labor,　livelihood　and　consumption. We　must　open　up　the　path　of　social　policy　that　continuously　meets　the　people's　growing　needs　for　a　better　life　and　promotes　social　fairness.
