5.3　Acceptance and storage

5.3.1　Acceptance record is required for material and pipeline accessory acceptance.

5.3.2　Deformations and flattening are not permitted for anticorrosion pipe.Pipes with defects such as dents，cuts，and deformations shall not be used before repairing or eliminating.Dents，pits and notches could be removed by grinding.The remaining thickness of steel pipe after grinding shall not be less than pipe wall design thickness and the grinding position shall have round and smooth transition with steel pipe surface.Otherwise，this part of steel pipe shall be cut away thoroughly.The method of welding shall not be adopted to repair surface of steel pipe.

5.3.3　Acceptance for hot bends and cold bends of pipeline shall be in compliance with provisions of table 5.3.3.

5.3.4　Anticorrosion pipe and other materials shall be properly safe-kept according to instructions manual and periodic inspection is required.

5.3.5　Anticorrosion pipe shall be piled in levels，number of piling level shall not be more than 5，and soft materials shall be added between levels.The distance from anticorrosion pipe to ground shall not be less than 200mm and the support at both ends of anticorrosion pipe shall be loose with no edges and corners.The hardness of wedge shaped object fixing anticorrosion pipe at the lowest level shall be softer than anticorrosion coating.

5.3.6　Piling yard shall be flat and compacted and there shall be 1%-2% slope with no water accumulation.
