4.3　Base Line and Base Point for Equipment Installation

4.3.1　Before the equipment eretion，the base line and base point shall be set for its installation and shall comply with the following requirements:

1　The arrangement of base lines and base points shall be prepared in accordance with the construction drawing and surveying control network，and then the positions of the central guide board and base points shall be determined.

2　The center marks and base points shall be arranged according to the arrangement drawing.

3　The surveying assignment shall be transmitted to the surveyor.

4　The surveying personnel shall carry out surveying，shaft plumbing and setting out and finally accomplish the surveying works.

5　The surveyor shall submit the report of surveying results to related superiors and also hand over the base lines and base points to the installation construction personnel at site.
