3　Equipment Foundation，Anchor Bolts and Shim Plates

3.1　Equipment Foundation

3.1.1　Before being installed，equipment foundation shall be subjected to handover acceptance，and one not subjected to handover acceptance shall not be installed.

3.1.2　The handover acceptance of equipment foundation shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　Basic acceptance material shall be complete；

2　The strength grades of foundation concrete shall meet the requirements of design documents，and acceptance material and records shall be reserved；

3　The position and size of foundation shall meet the requirements of Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Work GB 50231 as national standard；

4　Formwork on the surface of foundation，anchor bolt fixing frame，etc.shall be removed，and laitance，oil stain，broken stone，mud，accumulated water，etc.on the surface of foundation and in anchor bolt holes shall be removed；

5　Built-in anchor bolts shall have no damage，threads shall be cleaned and coated with grease and have the protective measures.

3.1.3　Design documents and relevant specifications and provisions shall include equipment foundation subjected to settlement observation，settlement observation records and settlement observation points shall be handed over，and settlement observation shall be proceeded to perform in the process of equipment installation.
