10　Coke Pusher

10.1　General Requirement

10.1.1　Before the installation of coke pusher，walking rail shall be subjected to acceptance check，and rails which do not pass acceptance must not be used for the installation of equipment.

10.1.2　For the installation of coke pusher，the center line of walking rail of coke pusher and coke pushing center line shall be used as datum line and shall be perpendicular to each other，and the allowable deviation of orthogonal degree shall be 0.1/1000.

10.1.3　The installation position of coke pusher should be at the end platform of coke oven and shall be staggered with the installation position of coal charger car.

10.1.4　The coke pusher is installed on the basis of settlement，rails shall be subjected to settlement observation periodically in the installation process，the contact point of each wheel and rail shall be on the same horizontal plane，and height difference shall not be larger than 2.0mm.

10.1.5　The installation of hydraulic，pneumatic and lubricating equipment and pipelines shall meet the requirements of Code for Construction and Acceptance of Conveyer Equipment Installation Work GB 50270 as current national standard.

10.1.7　The installation of ventilating and air-conditioning equipment shall meet the requirements of Code for Construction and Acceptance of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Work GB 50243 as current national standard.

10.1.8　The installation of steel structure shall meet the requirements of Code for Construction and Acceptance of Steel Structure Work GB 50205 as current national standard.
