9　Auxiliary Equipment of Coke Oven

9.1　Installation of Test Equipment for Oven Port Repair Station，Coke Pushing Ram and Coal Leveling Bar

9.1.1　Installation of equipment for oven port repair station shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　The center of winch is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 5.00；

2　The elevation of winch is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be±5.0mm；

3　The center of fixing frame is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 5.00；

4　The elevation of fixing frame is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be±5.0mm；

5　The perpendicularity of fixing frame is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 1/1000 of frame height；

6　The rail gauge of landing gear is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be±3.0mm；

7　The elevation of guide rail of landing gear is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be±2.0mm.

9.1.2　The installation of test equipment for coke pushing ram and coal leveling bar shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　The longitudinal center of test riding wheel group of coal leveling bar is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 5.0mm；

2　The elevation of test riding wheel group of coal leveling bar is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be，and relative height difference shall not be larger than 2.0mm；

3　The longitudinal center of test platform of coke pushing ram is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 5.0mm；
