4.4　Transfer and Acceptance

4.4.1　During acceptance，the following inspections shall be carried out:

1　Breaker shall be firmly fixed；surface shall be clean and intact；operation performance shall meet the requirements in the technical documentations of the product.

2　Bolt fastening moment shall be reach the requirements in the technical documentations of the product.

3　Electric connection shall be reliable and good contact.

4　The linkage operation of breaker and operating device shall be normal without any jamming.Off/On indications of the switching shall be correct.Operation of auxiliary switch shall be correct and reliable.

5　The requirements of warning and blocking values of density monitor shall be meet with which specified in the technical documentations of the product；the transmission signal of electric circuit shall be correct.

6　The requirements of SF6 gas pressure，leakage rate and water content shall be meet with which specified in the current national standard GB 50150 Electric Equipment Installation Engineering Standard for Hand-over Test of Electric Equipment and the technical documentations of the product.

7　Porcelain bushing shall be intact，and surface shall be clean.

8　Rain-proof and damp-proof performance for all panels and boxes shall be good，so shall main body cable protection.

9　Earthing shall be good，and earthing marks shall be clear.

10　Handover test shall be qualified.

11　Equipment down lead connection shall be reliable and shall not make equipment wiring terminal to bear the stress exceeding allowable bearing stress.

12　Paint shall be intact；contrast mark shall be correct.

4.4.2　The following technical documentation shall be submitted during the acceptance:

1　Supporting documents related to the design alteration.

2　Technical documentation such as product description，packing list，test record，qualification document and assembly drawing provided by the manufacturer.

3　Acceptance information for inspection and quality.

4　Test report.

5　A list of spare parts，special tools and test instruments.
