4.3　Welding Materials

Ⅰ　Dominant Items

4.3.1　The type，specification and performance of welding materials shall be in conformity with the current national standards of such products and the design requirements.

Quantity for inspection:one hundred percent；

Inspection method:inspect the quality certificates and other such documentary evidences of welding material，Chinese identification marks，test report and others.

Ⅱ　General Items

4.3.2　In the surface of the welding rod，there shan't be any desquamation of flux layer，or rustiness of welding core，or other defects；and the welding flux shan't be wetted and agglomerated.

Quantity for inspection:inspect randomly 1% of the total quantity，but not less than 10 packs；

Inspection method:Appearanceexamination.
