4.2 Receiving and Storage of Raw Materials,F(xiàn)luxes and Solid Fuels
4.2.1 When there is a blending yard at the raw material stockyard,raw material bin should not be set up in the sintering plant.
4.2.2 The indoor blending facilities should be considered in stormy,or typhonic or serious freezing area.
4.2.3 Car dumper should be adopted for receiving of bulk raw materials for large-scale and mediumscale sintering machines.The receiving bins should be adopted for receiving of small batch material,such as mill scale,etc.and the mechanized unloading device should be adopted.
4.2.4 The bridge grab crane should not be adopted for unloading.
4.2.5 When adopting truck transportation,special truck receiving bin may be set up.
4.2.6 Waterproof,drainage,ventilation and de-dusting facilities shall be set up for underground structure of car dumper room and receiving bins.
4.2.7 The raw materials which have been mixed in blending yard should be sent directly to the sintering proportioning bins by belt conveyor.Burnt lime and lightly-calcined dolomite should be transported to sintering proportioning room by sealing tanker,and then sent to the bins by pneumatic conveying system.If the burnt lime firing plant is adjacent to the sintering plant,the burnt lime can be sent to sintering proportioning bin directly through pneumatic conveying system.
4.2.8 Flux bins and fuel bins shall be set up when processing lime stone,dolomite and solid fuels in the sintering plant.The appropriate storage time should be 3-5days when there is a special transportation line,otherwise the storage time should be 5-7days.The storage time of fluxes and fuels at the stockyard should be 7-10days,and when special conveying belt is set up from raw material stockyard to sintering plant,the storage time in the sintering plant should not be less than 12h.
4.2.9 Anti-freezing and unfreezing facilities should be set up for raw material receiving and storage systems installed in serious freezing areas.
