6.3　Cycle Crusher

6.3.1　The installation of the equipment shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　The maximum allowable deviation for longitudinal and horizontal centerlines shall be 2.0mm；the maximum allowable deviation for longitudinal and horizontal levelness shall be 0.1/1000；the allowable deviation for elevation shall be±2.0mm；

2　The assembly of movable cone eccentric sleeve and bushing，bushing and central sleeve shall be in accordance with the requirements of equipment technical documents；

3　Zinc alloy shall be cast between the movable cone and the lining plate and tight binding between the lining plate and the cone shall be ensured；

4　Zinc alloy or cement shall be cast between the fixed cone and the lining plate and tight binding between the lining plate and the cone shall be ensured；

5　The clearance between flange end faces of the central frame where the fixed cone is placed and the base shall be uniform along the circumference，and the maximum allowable deviation for it shall be 0.3mm；connecting bolts shall be tightened evenly and the insertion depth shall be less than 20mm when checking with a feeler gauge；

6　The clearance between flange end faces of the beam and the central frame shall be uniform and not more than 0.3mm when checking with a feeler gauge.Connecting bolts shall be tightened evenly.

6.3.2　Test run shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　No-load test run shall meet the requirements of Article 3.0.11 in this code；

2　The rotation rate of movable cone shall not be more than 9r/min.
