6.2　Jaw Crusher

6.2.1　The assembly of base shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　Positioning pins between junction surfaces shall be all installed.The tightening torque of the bolts connecting junction surfaces shall meet the requirements of equipment technical documents.The tightening order shall be symmetric and the force applied shall be even；

2　The maximum allowable deviation for longitudinal and horizontal centerlines shall be 3.0mm；

3　The allowable deviation for elevation shall be±5.0mm；

4　The maximum allowable deviation for longitudinal levelness shall be 0.5/1000；

5　The maximum allowable deviation for horizontal levelness shall be 0.15/1000，and it shall be measured on the main shaft.

6.2.2　The parts to be installed on the base shall be assembled after levelling and aligning the base and tightening the anchor bolts.

6.2.3　When assembling the movable jaw，the fitting of bearing bush and shaft neck shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　Contact cambered surface shall be100°-200°；

2　The quantity of contact points on the contact surface with an area of 25mm×25mm shall not be less than one point；

3　The top clearance shall be 0.1%-0.15% of shaft neck diameter d.

6.2.4　For scraping of main bearing bush，the fitting of bearing bush and shaft diameter shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　Contact angle shall be 100°-120°；

2　The quantity of contact points within an area of 25mm×25mm shall not be less than two points for Babbitt bush and three points for copper bearing bush；

3　The top clearance shall be 0.1%-0.15% of shaft neck diameter；

4　Clearance at each side shall be 0.5-1.0 time the top clearance.

6.2.5　Total contact length between the thrust plate and the support slipper shall be more than 60% of the total plate length，and shall be evenly distributed.If there are local clearances，each section shall not be more than 10% of the plate length.

6.2.6　Test run shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　No-load test run shall meet the requirements of Article 3.0.11 in this code；

2　The connecting rod shall be at the highest position before test run；

3　The test run of jaw crusher with safety device shall not be carried out until the safety device is qualified after being adjusted according to the requirements of the equipment technical documents；

4　The direction of rotation for compound pendulum jaw crusher shall be in accordance with the requirements of equipment technical documents；

5　During the test run，the belt shall be free from edge scale or slippage；fasteners or connectors shall not be loosened.
