5.2　Equipment

5.2.1　Open-case inspection of equipment after arriving at the project site shall be in accordance with the following requirements:

1　Open-case inspection shall be carried out by people from the owner or general contractor，supervisor，equipment manufacturer and contractor，hand-over procedures shall be gone through and records shall be made；

2　The specification，model and quantity of equipment shall be checked in accordance with the design documents and packing list；

3　The surface of equipment shall be free from flaw，damage and rust；

4　Equipment shall have quality certificate and imported equipment shall have commodity inspection certificate；

5　Equipment shall be kept properly after it is unpacked.

5.2.2　Use and management of technical material provided with equipment and assets of the owner shall be in accordance with following requirements:

1　Counting and acceptance check shall be carried out and an inventory shall be made；

2　Electrical devices，instruments and other devices coming with the equipment shall be handed over to corresponding discipline-specific organizations for management；

3　Special tools for installation shall be handed over to the owner in accordance with the inventory after use；

4　Spare parts shall be handed over in time.

5.2.3　When handling and lifting the equipment，the lifting point shall be the position marked on the equipment or packing case，and protective measures shall be taken to avoid any damage to the equipment.
