8.2　Upper Steel Structure

Ⅰ　Major Items

8.2.1　Water pressure test of air-guiding walls and water-cooled beam in drying walls must be carried before the construction of upper steel structure in shaft furnace.Water pressure test shall meet the requirement of Article 8.1.1 of this code.

8.2.2　Welding quality shall meet the requirement of Article 7.3.1 of this code.

Ⅱ　General Item

8.2.3　Allowable deviation of upper steel structure installation shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 8.2.3.
