8.1　Pin Roll Discharger

Ⅰ　Major Item

8.1.1　Water pressure test must be carried with pipelines after installation of pin rolls and water-cooled beam.Water pressure test shall meet the requirements of design technical documents.Water pressure in the test shall be 1.5 times of work pressure in case of no requirement in design technical documents.Decrease test pressure to work pressure and stop press by 30 minutes after 10-minute constant test pressure.The installation is qualified if no pressure decrease and leakage checked.

Ⅱ　General Items

8.1.2　Installation of hydraulic drive unit of pin roll discharger shall meet the requirements of current national standard GB 50387 Code for Installation Acceptance of Metal Mechanical Hydromatic，Lubricating and Air-driven System Equipment.

8.1.3　Allowable deviation of pin roll discharger shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 8.1.3.
