第一部分　情景背景知識

It is common for regular meetings(Figure 3.1)to be held between the Owner and the Contractor, normally on a weekly or monthly basis, in the course of the construction of the project, at which various matters are discussed and, hopefully, resolved regarding progress, quality, environmental protection, site security and safety precautions, and so on.

在工程的實施過程中，通常業主與承包商定期或不定期地召開會議，通常為周例會或月例會(如圖3.1)，安排下一階段的工作，并就存在的問題協商解決，例如進度、質量、環境保護、現場安全及安全措施等。

1. Project Schedule Tips　工程進度安排注意事項

For all the geometrical dimensions such as centerline position, coordinate position, levelness, plumbness, elevation and relative distance, strict requirements of construction and acceptance codes shall be applied.Necessary protective measures shall be taken for equipment unloading, storage, handling, lifting and finished product protection, etc. in the process of construction. Temporary transportation road, water source, power supply, lighting, firefighting facilities, major materials and construction equipment, and manpower shall be sufficiently prepared and arranged before equipment installation.

設備安裝施工中對于設備安裝的中心線、坐標位置、水平度、垂直度、標高和相對距離等各種幾何尺寸，應采用嚴格的施工要求和驗收規范；施工過程中設備的卸車、存放、運輸、吊裝乃至產品保護等必須采取必要的保護措施。在設備安裝前對臨時建筑運輸道、水源、電源、照明、消防設施、主要材料和機具及勞動力應有充分準備和安排。
