第一部分　情景背景知識(shí)

It is common for regular meetings(Figure 3.1)to be held between the Owner and the Contractor, normally on a weekly or monthly basis, in the course of the construction of the project, at which various matters are discussed and, hopefully, resolved regarding progress, quality, environmental protection, site security and safety precautions, and so on.

在工程的實(shí)施過(guò)程中，通常業(yè)主與承包商定期或不定期地召開(kāi)會(huì)議，通常為周例會(huì)或月例會(huì)(如圖3.1)，安排下一階段的工作，并就存在的問(wèn)題協(xié)商解決，例如進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、環(huán)境保護(hù)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全及安全措施等。

1. Project Schedule Tips　工程進(jìn)度安排注意事項(xiàng)

For all the geometrical dimensions such as centerline position, coordinate position, levelness, plumbness, elevation and relative distance, strict requirements of construction and acceptance codes shall be applied.Necessary protective measures shall be taken for equipment unloading, storage, handling, lifting and finished product protection, etc. in the process of construction. Temporary transportation road, water source, power supply, lighting, firefighting facilities, major materials and construction equipment, and manpower shall be sufficiently prepared and arranged before equipment installation.

設(shè)備安裝施工中對(duì)于設(shè)備安裝的中心線、坐標(biāo)位置、水平度、垂直度、標(biāo)高和相對(duì)距離等各種幾何尺寸，應(yīng)采用嚴(yán)格的施工要求和驗(yàn)收規(guī)范；施工過(guò)程中設(shè)備的卸車(chē)、存放、運(yùn)輸、吊裝乃至產(chǎn)品保護(hù)等必須采取必要的保護(hù)措施。在設(shè)備安裝前對(duì)臨時(shí)建筑運(yùn)輸?shù)馈⑺?、電源、照明、消防設(shè)施、主要材料和機(jī)具及勞動(dòng)力應(yīng)有充分準(zhǔn)備和安排。
