The Reconstruction of Entrepreneurial Competency Model in Terms of Entrepreneurship Education

Abstract This paper summarizes the classical theories and models of entrepreneurial competencies and tries to reconstruct the model of entrepreneurial competencies by dividing the entrepreneurial competencies into two types:quality competency and skill competency. This new model would not only help entrepreneurial educators to identify the potential entrepreneurs and select the appropriate trainning objects, but also would be instructive to determine the contents and methods of entrepreneurial trainning.
