The Feasibility Study of the Higher Vocational Colleges to Build up the Venture Space for the “Maker”

Abstract “Maker” is the last two years active in the field of entrepreneurship.“Maker” spontaneously formed a group is a “Maker Space”, it is not for the purpose of profit, and to innovation as the faith. For the emergence of space and the future development, the government has given a high degree of attention and fully affirmed. Vocational colleges, as a professional oriented higher education institutions, have a lot of their own characteristics, and have sufficient conditions, policies and ability to create an ideal venture space for “Maker”. This paper is based on the characteristics of Higher Vocational Colleges and the characteristics and needs of the “Maker”.
