Abstract
Ideological and political education discipline construction is becoming more and more mature and prosperous in the contradiction movement of dialectical unity under the national policy arrangement and its own law of developments since the founding of new China. This research has carried out systematic research on ideological and political education discipline construction from the perspective of discipline policy content analysis. On the one hand, the research is making great efforts to expand the theory research space of ideological and political education discipline, enriching and perfecting the content system of the discipline construction. The research also could grasp the tension accurately grasping the tension between discipline construction and discipline policy, improving the pertinence of policy content and providing theoretical basis of policy making and reasonable suggestions for scientific guidance of discipline construction activities.
Based on the correlation theory of the science of education policy, the science of discipline, ideological and political education, with the guidance of the methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, this research was implemented integrating literature research method, history comparative research method, data analysis method, policy analysis method, survey research method and so on. On the basis of concept of the scientific definition of ideological and political education discipline, discipline construction and discipline policies, according to the practical and theoretical research status of ideological and political education discipline construction since the founding of new China, the research builds the structure of the discipline construction content elements system. At the same time, ideological and political education discipline policy is classified according to the structural standards of discipline policy content analysis since the founding of new China. And then the theoretical framework and analysis model are structured according to three aspects of discipline organization construction, discipline knowledge construction as well as discipline activities construction including course system, teachers, funds, profession, course, teaching material, disciplinary planning, implementation and evaluation ten subsystems which amount to specific elements of thirty discipline construction, to build the research's theoretical construction and analytical pattern. The total research on ideological and political education discipline construction is implemented, revealing the social politics, economics and culture background of different historical period of the discipline construction, elaborating the evolution process and times' characteristics of each element of discipline construction and analyzing the historical characteristics of the discipline policy and the impact on the discipline construction. This research suggests that the ideological and political education is the ideological and political education of Marxism, embodying Marxism political party's politics and value orientation inevitably. The discipline policy is the necessarily manipulated expression of Marxism political party authority values and national legal intention. Under the specific historical conditions, the more intense the ideological confrontation is, the more rapid economic construction is, the more diverse cultural development is, the more important the ideological and political education discipline construction is, and the more important subject construction is, the more discipline policy specification, constraints and guidance are needed.
The research has put forward corresponding measures and suggestions to discipline construction from the perspective of the dialectical relationship between discipline construction and discipline policy on the basis of revealing the social and historical basis of ideological and political education construction, summarizing the basic experience of discipline construction and analyzing practical problems which the discipline construction currently faced. The research holds:if we intend to solve the realistic problems of ideological and political education disciplines, we must highly unify the party's political needs, social development needs and people's all-round development needs, starting from the global construction of disciplines, grasping and following the law of disciplines development, establishing concept and awareness of scientific disciplinary development, and adhering to the path and direction of disciplinary connotative development, relying on discipline policy's guarantee and optimizing the discipline development environment as well as making great efforts to coordinate the balanced development of various disciplines of content elements, setting up the ideological and political education discipline of cooperative development mechanism. In this way can we achieve the scientific development, connotative development and innovation development of discipline construction.
